Queens Newborn Photographer: A Dream Job
It’s babies like Filip that make being a Queens Newborn Photographer such a dream job. I got the chance to meet him, and his amazing parents, at my Rego Park, Queens photography studio last week. Filip’s parents contacted me to schedule a newborn photography session as soon as Filip made his entrance into the world. They wanted to capture the memory of him as a tiny precious infant and Filip certainly had no objections. They came to my portrait studio when he was 12 days old (perfect timing for a newborn photo session) and he was a dream model for me; he was so cooperative and slept through the entire photo shoot. In fact, his mother was raving about how beautiful his eyes are, but Filip slept so heavily that he never once showed his beautiful baby blues to the camera!
Speaking of blue, we captured this little guy in blue and just about every other color you could hope for. Filip looks dashing snuggled in burnt orange, perfectly propped in a grey bear hat, adorable peeking out of his yellow bucket, sweetly swaddled in his blue wrap, and extra handsome in my personal favorite, green! Picking out props and backdrops to compliment a baby and match the parent’s personal taste is one of my favorite parts of photographing babies. Just look how handsome Filip looked snuggled into each of his setups!
We wrapped up the session with photos of Filip posing with his favorite people, his mom, and dad. We all had such a great time at the photography studio. I even got to stay and chat with his parents after we wrapped up the session. It’s such a pleasure to meet new clients. I always feel honored by parents who trust me with their precious new baby!
